LAFAYETTE, La. -Following a record-breaking performance in a 10-1 victory over Alcorn State on Sunday, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns soccer team begins Sun Belt Conference play at home this weekend, hosting Georgia State on Friday at 7 p.m. and Georgia Southern on Sunday at noon.
Last weekend, the Cajuns went 1-0-1 at home with a 1-1 draw against Houston on Friday before taking down the Lady Braves to conclude the week. In Sunday's match, Louisiana set program records in points (26) and shots on goal (20), and tied the program record for goals scored. Yazmin Montoya, Danielle DeRosa and Denice Emokpae led the Cajuns offense with two goals apiece.

66 Starts
