2026 Louisiana Football Relocation and Upgrade Process

Important Notes and Reminders

This online process puts the selection of tickets, parking, and tailgating directly in the hands of Ragin' Cajuns Season Ticket Holders. To expedite your selection, please read these important notes and reminders: 

PREPARING FOR YOUR SELECTION DATE/TIME
  • Be on the lookout for your assigned seat selection date and time sent via email to the email tied to your CAJUNS Account on May 13, 2026. This email will come from updates@go.ragincajuns.com. If you do not receive your selection date/time by May 14, please reach out via phone at (337) 851-7223 or via email at tickets@louisiana.edu.
  • The seat selection process for Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium is set to begin on Monday, May 19th. This process will include selections for the 2026 football season. Selections are based on the RCAF Total Investment Model Ranking System for the 2026-27 membership year. 
  • Familiarize yourself with the venue. Lourdes Stadium seating and parking maps are available here. VIEW SEATING MAP. VIEW PARKING MAP.
  • Log in to your account to familiarize yourself with the seat selection platform. The selection platform is provided by a leader in the ticket industry and is as user friendly as possible. However, it is always recommended to log in prior to your selection so that you can familiarize yourself with the process to ensure smooth checkout flow. LOG IN HERE.
  • Fans needing additional assistance can call the RCAF at (337) 851-7223 or the Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office at (337) 482-4685 during the time of your selection. 
GENERAL INFORMATION 
  • During your selection time, you can purchase as many products as you would like. Any previous 2026-2027 contributions to the RCAF Champions Fund or Champions Fund Fee - Football will be applied to your order. If you select more or upgraded seats, parking, and/or tailgating the balance will be due at checkout. 
MISSED APPOINTMENT TIME 
  • You will be able to make your selections at any time after your initial appointment. All the remaining inventory will go on sale to the public following the priority seating process. 
GROUP SEATING/SITTING WITH FRIENDS 
  • Customers that want to do "Group Seating" need to coordinate their selection with the appointment time of the lowest ranked person within their group; and, at that time, each group member can log into the online system and choose their seats and/or parking together. 
  • NOTE: Since all seats and parking will be selected online, each person in the group will need access to a separate computer when coordinating the location of their seats and/or parking location to simultaneously make their selections. 
  • Seats and/or parking spaces cannot be held in the system to wait for a lower ranked customer to log in and select their tickets and/or parking space. Therefore, the highest ranked members of a group will need to wait to select seats and/or parking until the selection time of the lowest member of the group. 
  • Each group member can log in at their assigned time and check the availability of seats and/or parking and make their selections, should they wish to forgo their group seating and/or parking. 
STRANDED SEATS 
  • To maximize the seating capacity of Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium, customers will not be allowed to choose a seat selection that strands a single seat. For example, if a block of three seats remain in a row, you will not be able to select two of them thereby stranding a single seat. This also helps to limit the number of unsellable single tickets. 
  • Louisiana Athletics reserves the right to move your seats one to the left or right to avoid stranding single tickets or odd numbers of seats in a row. However, this will not be utilized to move seats off an aisle or if it disturbs a block of seats "stacked" back-to-back across two rows. 
SELECTION OF PARKING/TAILGATING 
  • Parking and tailgating lot eligibility is determined by your RCAF Champions Fund Level. Fans will select their parking and/or tailgating during the seat selection process and will have the opportunity to upgrade. VIEW MAP.
  • For renewing buyers, tailgating will follow the same renewal rules as tickets. Fans will retain their tailgating locations by meeting the required Champions Fund level and purchasing the corresponding spot. Should a fan downgrade their level or not renew their Champions Fund by April 30 in future years, tailgating will be released from your account.
AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) SEATING AND PARKING 
  • All ADA customers can select up to four seats together in an ADA location. 
  • Patrons occupying ADA locations must show the appropriate documentation annually to retain these seats. Customers not meeting this requirement will have their seats moved from the ADA location to the best available comparable seats. 
  • All qualifying ADA customers can only select one parking space in the reserved ADA lot. There are a limited number of ADA parking spaces within that lot adjacent to Lourdes Stadium. 
  • ADA accessible customers who need ADA seating and/or parking will need to contact the Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office prior to or during their selection time to provide documentation. 
  • ADA customers will have to meet the per seat Champions Fund Fee for any seats selected in ADA areas. 
  • There is a first-come, first-serve ADA lot located on the east side of Our Lady of Lourdes Stadium that is available on game day. 
The Online Selection Process Step-by-Step
Carefully read these guidelines and review your selection appointment email regarding the online process. Knowing how the system works will help make your seat, parking, and tailgating selection smoother. 
 
 
Log In - Seat Selection





















1. LOG IN
Log in to your CAJUNS Account using your email address and previously selected password. Once logged in click Manage My Account. Navigate to the add or relocate seat selection portal and click the link to begin the process.

2. VIEW AVAILABLE SEATS 
The cart will be visible to the left side of the screen. Your current seats and any additional selected seats will appear in this cart area. The total balance due will appear at the bottom of the cart area, including the total cost and any previous payments for the 2026 football season. 

Click on a selection to view available seats.

3. ADD OR RELOCATE SEATS 
Click on a seat to add it to the cart. 
Editing seats in your cart: 
  • To remove seats you have added to the cart, you can either click the seat dot again or click 'drop' on the trash can icon next to the seat location you would like to remove from the cart. 
  • Please note this will not drop your current seat(s) until you have completed Step 5, checking out.

4. ADD OR RELOCATE PARKING AND TAILGATING 
After your seats are added to cart, you will have the opportunity to add or relocate parking and tailgating passes to the order by clicking 'Continue to Parking.' You may then select a parking pass and/or tailgate spot on the same plan as your seats. Once your seating, parking, and tailgating are added to the cart, select 'Continue to Checkout.'

5. CHECKOUT  
NOTE: All customers must finish checkout to lock in the seats, parking, and/or tailgating you have selected. 

You will have the option to review the order before selecting 'Continue to Payment.' To ensure the order is confirmed, please make sure you have filled in your payment information and completed the checkout process at the bottom of the screen. 

*If you change the location of your seats, checkout, and complete the online process, the transaction is final. Do not release your original seats unless you are certain you want to change seating. The Louisiana Athletics Ticket Office CANNOT restore your original seats.
