Cajuns Halted By Darkness at Everett Buick GMC Classic

Louisiana to conclude second round beginning at 9 a.m.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Golf team had it second round of the Everett Buick GMC Classic suspended due to darkness on Monday at Chenal Country Club.

Louisiana was in third place in the 16-team field when play was halted at 5-under-par. The Ragin' Cajuns opened the first round with a 2-under-286 to finish three strokes behind UAB for the overall lead.

Kyle Bennett led Louisiana in the opening round with a 3-under-par 69 with Malan Potgieter finishing at 2-under-70.

Play will resume on Tuesday at 9 a.m. with the conclusion of the second round before immediately playing the final 18 holes. Live scoring will be available at RaginCajuns.com.
