The Cajuns got second and third place finishes in the women's javelin by Maria Bienvenu and Marin Barras. A week after earning Sun Belt Conference Women's Field Athlete of the Week, Jacqueline Pokuaah placed third in the triple jump with a distance of 12.82 meters.
They closed the day with second and third place finishes in the men's 3k. Jacob Marcinkus finished second (9:07.41) while Braden Scalisi was right behind him in third (9:08.41).
Barras' throw moved her into third all-time in the school record books. Jordan Brown is now third in the women's pole vault with her jump of 3.84 meters. Moseisha Bridgen (58.05) and Ta'La Spates continued their sensational spring and moved into second and third in program history in the women's 400 hurdles respectively.
