Outdoor: Finished in 5th (39.86m) place in the discus at the Louisiana Classics (Mar. 17-18) ... Followed that with two strong performances at the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (Apr 15, 2023) finishing 6th (41.82m) in the discus and 6th (45.21m) in the hammer throw … Set a career-best throw of 44.89m at the LSU Alumni Gold (Apr. 22) … Had a career-long throw of 45.94m in the hammer throw at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (May 11-13).

Outdoor: Began the outdoor season with a 3rd place (42.69m) finish in the discus at the Louisiana Classics (Mar. 19-20) ... Had another 3rd place (44.30m) finish in the Leon Johnson NSU Invitational (Apr 24) ... Added a 4th place (44.30m) finish in the SLU Pre-Conference Tune Up (May 1) … Finished 12th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in the discus with a throw of 42.56m.
