Louisiana Hosts South Alabama In SBC Soccer

LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Women's Soccer team returns to action on Sunday when it plays host to defending Sun Belt Conference champion South Alabama at the Home Bank Track/Soccer Complex.

Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. Admission is free.

The match will be streamed live on ESPN+ with live stats available at CajunStats.com.

Louisiana (1-4-4, 0-1-1 SBC) opens a two-match homestand when it faces South Alabama (5-1-4, 1-0-1 SBC) before hosting Coastal Carolina on Oct. 2

The Ragin' Cajuns recorded a 2-2 draw at Georgia State on Wednesday with Ruthny Mathurin and Tatum Beck each scoring second-half goals. Libby Harper stopped eight shots in goal for Louisiana while Alyssa Abbott and Sisley Stephens each posted an assist.
