Ragin' Cajuns dive back into SBC play with matches at Troy, South Alabama

TROY, Ala. – Coming off a record-breaking win to wrap up non-conference play, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Women's Soccer team gets back into Sun Belt Conference play on Friday when it faces Troy at the Trojan Soccer Complex.
 
Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m., with the match being streamed live on ESPN+. Live results will be available at CajunStats.com.
 
Louisiana (3-6-0, 0-1-0 SBC) earned a 7-0 victory at Alcorn State last Sunday to post its first road victory of the season while setting a single-match school-record for most goals in a road contest. Karleen Bedre and Rachel Sutter each recorded a pair of goals for Louisiana with Hailly Waterhouse, Hailey Hoffmann and Alyssa Abbott each scoring goals.
 
The Ragin' Cajuns received assists from Bedre, Savanna Young, Lucy Ortiz and Ruthny Mathurin with the trio of Hailey Lander, Mikayla Price and Ally White each recording their first career points on assists.
