LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns soccer team (8-6-2, 2-3-1 SBC) wraps up the home portion of their 2015 schedule hosting Texas State and Appalachian State at the Cajuns Soccer Complex. The Cajuns, looking to extend their current unbeaten streak to three matches, open the weekend with the Bobcats on Friday, Oct. 16 at 7 p.m. Louisiana will end the weekend with a noon kickoff with the Mountaineers of Appalachian State on Sunday, Oct. 18.
The Cajuns' four seniors, Lindsey Stocks, Claire Ruehle, Caroline Trahan and Elizabeth Manuel will be honored prior to Sunday's match against Appalachian State.
Louisiana currently sits a half game behind Appalachian State and Georgia State in seventh place in the Sun Belt standings with seven conference points.
Cajun goalkeepers (Cosette Morche, Lindsey Stocks, Kristen Eddy) have combined for 107 saves this season, highest among Sun Belt Conference schools. Morche leads all conference keepers with 82 saves, an average of 6.83 per match, also tops in the Sun Belt Conference.

* Morche owns four shutouts this season, moving her into a tie with Leslie Beckman for third place on the Cajuns' all-time list. She is two shy (6) of tying Stephanie Weston for first place on the Cajuns' all-time single season record. Â

* Junior forward Yazmin Montoya sits in sole possession of second place in points (51) and assists (11) in Ragin' Cajuns history. She needs two points and two assists to pass Courtney Hofland as the program's all-time leader in both categories, and two scores to pass Kelli Jestes as the all-time leader in goals.
