LAFAYETTE, La. – After a two-match road swing in Alabama last weekend, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns soccer team returns home to host UALR on Friday at 7 p.m. before concluding the weekend with a 1 p.m. contest Sunday against Arkansas State.

The Cajuns went 0-1-1 in Sun Belt Conference action last week, dropping a 2-0 decision to Troy before battling SBC preseason favorite South Alabama to a 4-4 draw. Against the Jaguars, sophomore midfielder Annika Schmidt totaled five points, the most by a Cajun this season, with two goals and one assist. Schmidt's goal in the 86th minute kept the Cajuns alive as it evened the contest at 4-4 late in regulation.

Scouting the Trojans
- UALR began the 2014 season with a perfect 9-0 mark, but have a 0-3-1 record since starting conference play
- The Trojans are sixth in the nation with 2.77 assists/game and 8.92 points/game, and seventh in the country with 3.08 goals/game
