Louisiana Looks for Third Win as they Head to Tulane

The Ragin’ Cajuns held off SFA, 4-3, last time out
NEW ORLEANS – The Louisiana women's tennis team goes for their third win of the season as they travel to Tulane on Tuesday.
The Cajuns took down Stephen F. Austin the last time out, 4-3. The team got singles wins by Angelique Berrat, Rocio Navarro, and Ivana Castillo, with Castillo winning the clinching match in three sets.
It was the second win of the year for Berrat, Navarro, and Castillo. Louisiana won the doubles point in the win with the pairings of Nina Krecklenberg/Kamea Medora and Castillo/Navarro winning for the second time this season.
Tulane is 2-2 on the year, winning two in a row. The Green Wave won a tight match against South Alabama their last time out, 4-3. It'll be the first meeting between the schools in New Orleans since 2021.
Next, the Ragin' Cajuns welcome Tyler JC on Friday with first serve scheduled for 3 p.m. from Cajun Courts.
