Ragin' Cajuns one of eight top-100 teams entered in 54-hole event
TULSA, Okla. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Golf team wraps up the fall portion of its 2024-25 schedule beginning Monday when it competes in The Clerico at the Oaks Country Club.

The 54-hole event will tee off on Monday at 7:50 a.m., on the par-70, 6,950-yard course playing 36 holes. The final 18 holes will be played on Tuesday with an 8:30 a.m., shotgun start. Live results for the event will be available at Scoreboard.clippd.com.

Louisiana, ranked No. 92 nationally and one of eight teams ranked in the top 100 in the Scoreboard rankings, joins host Oral Roberts in the field along with Duke (No. 18), Northwestern (No. 30), Little Rock (No. 36), New Mexico (No. 53), Santa Clara (No. 67), Florida Gulf Coast (No. 71), Missouri (No. 91), Baylor, UTEP, UTSA and Kansas City.

Malan Potgieter, ranked No. 101 nationally and averaging 70.17 in 12 rounds of play this fall, leads Louisiana's lineup in the event and will tee off at 8:22 a.m. Potgieter will be joined Burke Alford (72.89), Carter Schmitt (72.56), Eli Ortego (71.92) and Jean Louis du Plessis (77.67) on the course for the Ragin' Cajuns.

The Ragin' Cajuns opened the season with three top-5 finishes before finishing eighth in the 16-team Everett Buick GMC Classic on October 14-15.
