Louisiana Welcomes In-State Rivals for Wednesday Night Contest

The Cajuns are riding a 5-game winning streak into Wednesday night
LAFAYETTE, Louisiana – Winners of five straight, the Louisiana men's basketball team welcomes ULM to the Cajundome Wednesday at 7 p.m. The Cajuns look to keep pace in the chase for a top-four spot in the Sun Belt Conference.
It's Rally Up Night in the Cajundome and fans will be given Cajun rally towels while supplies last.
The defense completely shut down Texas State on Sunday, allowing just 48 points on 18-of-51 shooting. Themus Fulks led the way for Louisiana with 23 points and hit a pair of threes to tie a career-high. Kobe Julien recorded his first double-double in two seasons with 19 points and 10 rebounds. Hosana Kitenge also finished in double figures with 13 points along with six rebounds.
The Warhawks are coming off a major comeback win over Arkansas State on Sunday, rallying back from a 17-point deficit to win in overtime, 85-82. They've won three straight including victories over Old Dominion and South Alabama heading into the week. ULM leads the Sun Belt Conference in offensive rebounds per game (14.3) and is fourth in the league in rebound margin (4.5).
