- Free General Admission parking is available at Cajun Field for men's basketball.Â
- RCAFÂ members can park in designated areas with their Men's Basketball parking pass. To purchase Men's Basketball parking, please call (337) 851-RCAF (7223).Â
- For midweek doubleheaders women's basketball parking is available until 30 minutes after the women's game tips off.Â
- ADA parking is located at the front of the CAJUNDOME, next to the Ticket Office and Lot A.Â

| Cancellation Policy |
Consistent with other ticketed sport season ticket policies, the Department of Athletics does not offer refunds on season tickets for canceled games due to weather, pandemics, or an event beyond reasonable control of the University, unless it is a fully canceled season.
