Ragin' Cajuns close out spring home schedule against visiting Tigers
LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Women's Soccer team closes out its spring home schedule on Saturday when it plays host to LSU at the Home Bank Track/Soccer Facility.
Kickoff is scheduled for 1 p.m. Admission to all Louisiana home soccer matches is free and concessions will be provided.
Louisiana (2-0-1), which will close out its spring schedule on April 1 at Mississippi State, earned a 1-1 draw in its last match against Northwestern State on March 10. Karleen Bedre scored her team-high second goal of the spring against NSU with Makenna Garcia allowing her first goal in three matches.
Sisley Stephens has scored a team-high five points (1 goal, 3 assists) for Louisiana with Bedre following with four points (2 goals) and Mariella Stephens three (1 goal, 1 assist).
Megan Bradley, Tatum Beck, Alyssa Abbott and Ruthny Mathurin have each scored goals during the spring for the Ragin' Cajuns with Liberty Plasek and Alex Folchert being credited with an assist.
