Men's Tennis Hosts Texas A&M-CC and Northern Arizona for Valentine’s Doubleheader

LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Men's Tennis team is set to take on Texas A&M-Corpus Christi and Northern Arizona in a doubleheader this weekend. Both matches will take place at Cajun Courts on Friday, Feb. 14. The first match against Texas A&M-CC is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. and will be followed by a match against Northern Arizona at 4 p.m.
Men's Tennis comes in at 8-2 on the year, just falling to UTSA last weekend. Prior to that, the Ragin' Cajuns were on a five-match winning streak.
Texas A&M-CC is sitting pretty at 9-1 to begin the season with its only loss coming at the hands of the Ragin' Cajuns and falling 5-2.
On Feb. 16, 2019 Louisiana Men's Tennis beat Northern Arizona by a score of 4-0 in their first ever match against one another. UNA is currently 4-3 but has struggled on the road, winning one of their four away matches.
The Ragin' Cajuns are led by Jamie Fraser, who is 7-1 in singles play this year and is riding a five-match win streak.
