Galka's next match was again a testament of his fortitude, taking on Georgia State's Roberts Grinvalds, surviving a second set loss, Galka took care of business in a three-set battle, winning 6-1, 0-6, 6-4.  Overall in singles Galka is 9-6 on the season, but at No. 1 he is an impressive 7-5.

LIBAUD IS ON A RUN: Senior Arthur Libaud brings a four-match winning streak into Louisiana's weekend on the east coast, and he is second on the team in singles wins, sitting at 15-4 in singles.  Playing both of his matches over the weekend at No. 4, Libaud won against Georgia Southern's Murphy McCullough, 7-6(5), 6-4, before taking down Georgia State's Bailey Showers, 6-3, 6-4.

WHAT THE MOUNTAINEERS BRING: Louisiana and Appalachian State last met on April 20, 2018, during the 2018 Sun Belt Conference Men's Tennis Championships, with the Mountaineers taking the match 4-2.  It was the first ever matchup between the two sides, giving the Mountaineers a slight 1-0 advantage over Louisiana in the all-time series.
