@RaginCajunsSOC Set To Open 2018 Campaign At Ole Miss

OXFORD, Miss. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns soccer team is set to open the 2018 season on Friday at 7 p.m. as they face SEC foe Ole Miss at the Ole Miss Soccer Stadium.

The Ragin' Cajuns are 5-10-1 in season openers coming into the match against the Rebels. Louisiana head coach Scot Wieland is in his 14th season with the program returning 15 players from a year ago including captains Sarah Kozlowski and Rebecca Foley.

The Series

This is the sixth meeting between the Ragin' Cajuns and Rebels with the previous five meetings all coming in Oxford. Ole Miss holds a 5-0 edge in the series with the Cajuns best result coming in 2012 in a 1-0 loss.
