Speedy midfielder who created many dangerous scoring opportunities, including the Cajuns first goal of the year in a tie against TCU, and the match-winning goal against Centenary…Garber was a force defensively as well, often matching up with the Cajuns opponents faster players...Played in all 18 matches, starting in 16...Had a total of 22 shots with 16 of them being shots on goal...Scored three goals and had one assist for seven points which ranked her fourth on the team...Her first assist helped set up fellow freshman Amy Cook for her first career goal on Sept. 24 in a 4-0 win over Nicholls State...Scored the Cajuns first goal in a match at UL Monroe on Sept. 22...Had seven shots versus ULM, tying the school single-match record for shots.

HIGH SCHOOL
Was a four-year letterwinner for head coach Brad Cohen of St. Thomas More High School in Lafayette...Was a temmate of current Cajuns teammates Ainsley Breaux, Ashley Delahoussaye and Natalie Hanks...Played sweeper,forward and midfield throughout her career...STM finished first in their district in each of her four years on the team (1999-2002)...2000 and 2001 teams won the state title...She was named the state championship MVP in 2000...Was an All-State team member in 2000 and 2001 and member of the All-district team in 1999, 2000 and 2001...Played select soccer for the Cajun Ice from 1994-2002.
