App State has won five consecutive Sun Belt series and six of eight series overall in league play after taking two of three games on the road at Troy last weekend. The Mountaineers swept a doubleheader last Saturday as the offense erupted for 11 runs in the seventh inning of game one and Gage Peterson fired seven scoreless innings in a game two shutout.
