Louisiana Travels to Baton Rouge for LSU Invitational

Ella Segura and Henry Lyon paced Louisiana in their first race of the season
BATON ROUGE, Louisiana - The Louisiana cross country team heads east to Baton Rouge for the LSU Invitational on Friday, September 12.Â
The event starts at 8:15 a.m. with the men's 2x4k relay and is followed by the women's 2x3k relay.
Last time out, the Cajuns were led by Ella Segura and Henry Lyon. Segura was the top finisher for the women in eighth, finishing with a time of 13:55.72. Lyon led the men with a time of 15:08.55 to finish 14th. As a team, Louisiana was third on the men's side while the women finished fourth overall.
The Cajuns return to action on September 27 when they head west on I-10 to Lake Charles for the Cowboy Stampede.
