Louisiana Heads to Troy for Final Road Contest of the Season

With a win, the Cajuns will finish with a winning record on the road for the first time since 2020
TROY, Alabama – The Louisiana women's tennis team hits the road for the final time in 2025 when they take on Troy on Saturday at 10 a.m. With a win the Cajuns will finish with a winning record on the road for the first time since 2020.
Angelique Berrat continues to have a strong season in both singles and doubles. The junior leads the team with nine wins in singles, including seven on court one. She also has eight doubles wins, with six coming on court one.
Nina Krecklenberg has also had a good season with seven singles and seven doubles wins. Jenaila Prulla leads the team in doubles with a 9-6 record, winning five times on court one.
Troy has won three in a row and is 5-3 in Sun Belt play, with their wins coming against Coastal Carolina, Arkansas State, and ULM. The Trojans are led in singles by Valerilla Avdeeva's 14-1 record. She has eight doubles wins with Maria Guirguis to lead them on court one.
Louisiana closes the regular season at home next Saturday against App State.
