Cajuns Fall on Friday to Red Wolves

It was the first time this season the Cajuns were defeated on their home court
LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana women's tennis team fell in their weekend opener against Arkansas State, 4-0, on Friday at Cajun Courts.
Arkansas State jumped on Louisiana quickly and took the doubles point with 6-1 wins on courts two and three. The Cajuns struggled in singles. Jenaila Prulla and Nina Krecklenberg took their opening sets down to the wire but couldn't hang on. Rocio Navarro was locked in a tight battle on court three in the second set but the visitors took the contests on courts one, four, and six to clinch the match.
Louisiana is back in action on Sunday against in-state rival ULM beginning at 10 a.m. at Cajun Courts.
