Cajuns Earn Nine Wins at Stetson Invite

Louisiana is up to 26 wins through two weeks of fall action
DeLAND, Florida – The Louisiana women's tennis team picked up nine wins at the competitive Stetson Invitational, a two-day event in DeLand, Florida. Louisiana was one of four teams to compete over the weekend, including host and defending ASUN champion Stetson, Chattanooga, and Kennesaw State.
Angelique Berrat and Ana Martinez Vaquero had a big weekend together as the top doubles pairing for Louisiana. The duo won their first two matches of the weekend over Chattanooga and Kennesaw State. Karolina Skowronska and Kamea Medora also picked up a pair of wins at Doubles 2, winning a pair of matches over Chattanooga and Stetson.
Berrat and Vaquero also picked up singles wins on courts one and two, with both coming against Stetson. Medora also had a pair of singles wins, coming on courts four and five over Kennesaw State and Stetson.
