Louisiana Set to Compete at NCAA Regional Championships

BRYAN-COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Coming off a solid performance at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, the Louisiana cross country team is ready to compete at the NCAA Regionals in Bryan-College Station, Texas.

Last time out, the Cajuns had three runners named to the All-SBC Team. Isabelle Russell earned a spot on the conference's second team, while Ella Segura and Peyton Chiasson were on the third team.

As a team, the Cajun women placed sixth with 132 points while the men finished seventh with 163 points. App State won both SBC team titles, with the men scoring 20 points and the women scoring 45.

The day begins at 9 a.m. with the women's 6k and is followed at 10 a.m. with the men's 10k.
