Prulla Wins Twice on Final Day of Diving Eagle Invite

DENTON, Texas – A day after winning her first match as a Ragin' Cajun, Jenaila Prulla won a pair of matches on the final day of the Diving Eagle Invite in Denton, Texas for the Louisiana women's tennis team.
The newcomer won her singles contest in the morning before earning a doubles win with partner Carla Urchoeguia over McNeese State. Urchoeguia also earned a singles victory on the opening day of the event.
Christine Tchanichev finished with three wins overall, including a pair in singles on Saturday. Karolina Skowronska, also competing in her first event at Louisiana, won once in singles and once in doubles over the weekend.
The Cajuns are off until October 5 for the ITA South Regionals in Baton Rouge.
