Louisiana Heads East to Open SBC Play

The Ragin’ Cajuns look for their first road win of the spring
CONWAY, S.C. – It's a long road trip to open Sun Belt Conference play for the Louisiana men's tennis team who heads to Coastal Carolina in Conway, South Carolina. The Ragin' Cajuns went 3-0 at home and 4-1 at neutral sites in non-conference play.
Karlo Kajin has been on a tear, winning seven straight matches, to improve his spring record to 10-1. Kacper Dworak has also had a strong spring, winning five matches this season. Kajin has also had a strong season so far in doubles, combining with Alejandro Sanchez Gonzalez for six wins. Dworak and doubles partner Vasil Dimitrov have been terrific, going 5-2 so far this season.
Coastal Carolina opened SBC play on Thursday with a win over Southern Miss. The Chanticleers started the season strong with a 5-1 record but have struggled of late. They have lost three of five, including a defeat at the hands of No. 14 Wake Forrest.
