Start of Day 2 of Cajun Classic Delayed by Weather

Singles play now expected to resume at 1:30 p.m. at both City Club and Oakbourne CC
LAFAYETTE - Early morning weather has altered the schedule for Day 2 (Saturday, October 29) of The Cajun Classic presented by AMG Specialty Hospital hosted by the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Men's Tennis team at City Club and Oakbourne Country Club.
Singles play is now expected to resume at 1:30 p.m. at both City Club and Oakbourne CC. The Cajun Tennis Classic is free to attend and open to the public.
On Saturday's docket is the second and third round of singles action.Â
Louisiana has six individuals set to compete in the winner's bracket, highlighted by Alejandro Sanchez Gonzalez, in Flight 1 at City Club, who is attempting to capture an appearance in Sunday's ESPN Plus-televised championship match.
