Men’s Tennis Starts Fall Season at ITA Regionals

LAFAYETTE – Louisiana Men's Tennis will kick off its fall season at the ITA Regionals in Waco, Texas, starting on Friday and running through Monday.
The Ragin' Cajuns return Ivailo Keremedchiev, Karlo Kajin and Kacper Dworak from last year's team. All three were big-time contributors in the lineup and Keremedchiev even played a few matches at No. 1 singles.
The Ragin' Cajuns have five new players on the roster this year: Alejo Ferrer Chueca, Oriol Fillat Gimenez, Alejandro Sanchez Gonzalez, Grant Landreth and Xandy Hammitt.
Ferrer Chueca, Fillat Gimenez and Sanchez Gonzalez are all big-time additions from Spain, while Landreth is a Lafayette native and Hammitt is a transfer from Drexel.
