Comeback Cajuns have four wins when trailing by double digits

ATLANTA – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Men's Basketball team resumes its three-game roadtrip on Thursday when it faces Sun Belt Conference rival Georgia State at the GSU Sports Arena.
 
Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT. The game can be heard in the Lafayette area on KHXT 107.9 FM and the Hot 107.9 app. The game will also be available on ESPN+ with live results available at CajunStats.com.
 
Louisiana (7-9, 2-3 Sun Belt) erased a 15-point, first-half deficit in claiming an 81-73 victory at Appalachian State on Monday. Freshman Mylik Wilson scored 21 of his career-high 30 points in the second half as the Ragin' Cajuns won their second consecutive league game after an 0-3 start.
 
Dou Gueye added 15 points for Louisiana with Jalen Johnson posting a double-double with 13 points and a game-high 10 rebounds.
 
Georgia State (10-6, 3-2 Sun Belt) dropped its second straight game after falling at Arkansas State, 90-87, on Monday. The Panthers, who are 6-0 at home under first-year coach Rob Lanier, have four players averaging in double figures led by guards Corey Allen (14.4) and Kane Williams (13.5).
 
Louisiana will wrap up its roadtrip on Saturday when it faces Georgia Southern in a 3 p.m. CT contest in Statesboro, Ga. The Ragin' Cajuns will return home for three straight games beginning on Jan. 16 against UT Arlington before facing Texas State (Jan. 18) and ULM (Jan. 25).
