Louisiana looks to build momentum off impressive win over ULM
ARLINGTON, Texas – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Men's Basketball team opens the second half of its 2019-20 Sun Belt Conference slate on Thursday when it visits league rival UT Arlington in a 7 p.m. contest at College Park Center.

The game can be heard in the Lafayette area on KHXT 107.9 FM, ESPN 1420 AM and the ESPN 1420 app with Jay Walker on the call. The game will also be available on ESPN+ with John Nelson (PxP) and Mike Petersen (Color) providing commentary. Live results will available at CajunStats.com.

Louisiana (8-13, 3-7 Sun Belt) wrapped up the first half of the league schedule last Saturday with an 81-60 win over ULM at the Cajundome. The Ragin' Cajuns, who were aided by the return of guards Cedric Russell and Mylik Wilson, dropped an 81-65 decision to UTA (9-12, 5-5 Sun Belt) two weeks ago at the Cajundome.

Jalen Johnson, the Sun Belt Conference Player of the Week, leads Louisiana in both scoring (15.4) and rebounds (6.7) while shooting 82 percent from the free throw line. Russell (12.6 points), Wilson (11.6), Dou Gueye (9.3), Tirus Smith (7.6) and P.J. Hardy (7.6) are next in scoring for Louisiana, which has battled the injury bug all season.
