Ragin' Cajuns Head West To Compete In Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays

Thirteen Cajuns set to compete in 88th annual meet
AUSTIN, Texas – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns track and field team will return to action beginning Thursday when several members compete in the 88th annual Nike Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays at Mike A. Myers Stadium on the University of Texas campus.
The meet, which attracts over 7,000 athletes from across the country, will conclude on Saturday. Live results will be available at RaginCajuns.com.
Louisiana will have 13 athletes competing in the meet, beginning with Justin Victor in the men's hammer throw on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. Freshman Alena Hrusoci and Joya Tardieff will each compete in the women's 400-meter hurdles at 4:30 p.m. with Morgan Cormier scheduled to compete in the men's 400-meter hurdles at 5.
The majority of Ragin' Cajuns athletes will compete on Friday beginning with a rolling schedule at 9:35 a.m.
Jeryl Brazil and Hanoj Carter will each race in the men's 100-meter dash with Stacy Imagbe competing in the women's 100-meters. Cormier and freshman Tyler Hughes will each participate in the men's 110-meter hurdles with Jasmin Fusilier scheduled to compete in the women's 100-meter hurdles.
Friday's action concludes for the Ragin' Cajuns when Dionte Heath and William LeBlanc each compete in the men's long jump which is scheduled for 1 p.m.
The meet will conclude for Louisiana on Saturday at 3 p.m. when Devin Davis competes in the men's long jump, and Imagbe and Tia Mitchell participate in the women's long jump.
