UL Offering "Take a Kid to the Game" For FIU Doubleheader

The Ragin' Cajuns Athletics Department is offering a "Take the Kid to the Game" promotion for the men's and women's basketball doubleheader at the Cajundome on Saturday, Jan. 14.

The doubleheader begins at 5 p.m. with the women's basketball game, followed by the men's game at approximately 7:15 p.m.

All children age 11 and under accompanied by an adult will receive a free 300-level ticket for entry into the Cajundome for both games.

The first 300 children will receive a free basketball.

This is the 17th year that the NCAA has sponsored a “Take a Kid to the Game” program, one which had its beginnings in college basketball, and the promotion continues to grow with each year in different sports.
