2010 Sun Belt Indoor All-Conference - 55m Hurdles

2010 Outdoor: Placed in six podium finishes during the outdoor campaign....Won the 110-meter hurdles with a time of 15.02 at the Battle of I-10 Meet (March 27)...Earned a season-best run of 14.51 in the 110 hurdles at the USA Invitational (April 10)...Ran a personal best 55.94 in the 400-meter hurdles at the Sun Belt Championships (May 7-9).

2010 Indoor: Earned two podium finishes in the indoor season...Won the 55-meter hurdles event at the Arkansas State Invitational (Jan. 23-24) with a time of 7.68...Captured the 55-meter hurdles Sun Belt title with a season-best run of 7.40 seconds...Ran the 60-meter hurdles in 8.12 at the Houston Leonard Memorial Invitational (Jan. 15).

2009 Outdoor: Led the team in the 110-meter hurdles at 14.34 seconds ... Ran the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.61 ... Was part of the 4x100 meter relay with a time of 41.39.

2009 Indoor: Led the team in both the 55-meter and 60-meter hurdles with times of 7.56 and 8.26 seconds, respectively.

2008 Outdoor: Had the best time in 110m hurdles (14.66) at the Sun Belt Conference Championships... Also competed in 200m and 400m hurdles... Ran the opening leg of the 4x100m and 4x400m relays.

2008 Indoor: Led the team in the 55m and 60m hurdles... Ran a 7.59 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships in the 55m hurdles... Ran a 8.21 in the 60m hurdles at the Bayou City Classic... Ran a season best 23.67 in the 200m dash at the Bayou City Classic.
