2010 Outdoor: Earned three podium finishes both in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase...Won the 3,000-meter Steeplechase at the Southern Miss Golden Eagle Classic (April 24) with a time of 12:33.73...Finished a career-best time of 11:57.48 in the 3,000-meter Steeplechase at the Sun Belt Championships (May 7-9)...Ran the 1,500-meter in 5:27.10 at the Battle of I-10 Tri-Meet (March 27)...Recorded a season-best 7:48.47 in the 2,000-meter Steeplechase at the Cole-Lancon Twilight (April 30).

2010 Indoor: Ran the mile in 5:43.76 at the Sun Belt Championships (Feb. 25-27)...Finished a season-best run of 11:16.31 at the Sun Belt Championships in the 3,000-meter run...Placed third in the 3,000-meter run with a time of 11:39.96 at the Jeff Davis Bank McNeese Invite (Feb. 5).

2009 Outdoor: Tossed a javelin 106'2.80" at the SBC Meet.

2009 Indoor: Did not compete.

2008 Outdoor: Had a season-best shot put at the LSU Tiger Relays with a distance of 26 feet, five inches... Had a season best long jump at the Cole/Lancon Twighlight at the with a distance of 13 feet, 11.5 inches.

2008 Indoor: Had a team high in the pole vault with a height of 8-00.00 meters.

High School: Attended Walker High School...Four-year letter winner in track and cross country...Was state runner-up in cross country...Awarded All-State and All-District accolades in track and cross country...Also lettered in power lifting, softball and swimming.
