2010 Indoor: Completed the mile in 6:39.50 at the Houston Leonard Memorial Invitational (Jan. 15).

2009 Outdoor: Ran a 12:13.14 in the 3000 meter at the Tiger Classic ... Had a best time of 20:55.34 in the 5000 meter run at the SBC meet ... She was the only Cajun to attempt the 3000 meter steeple chase and had a best time of 12:50.04.

2009 Indoor: Ran a best time of 12:17.97 in the 3000 meter ... In the 5000 meter, Choate ran a time of 21:19.38 at the SBC Championships ... Ran a 6:15.21 in the Mile.

High School: Competed in distance at Kaplan High School.
