2004: Appeared in 26 games, starting four, going 6-4 with three saves and a 5.23 ERA...Schambough earned a save in the Cajuns’ first game of the season against UL Monroe on Feb. 18...In his first start of the season, Schambough held Texas State to one run on five hits over five innings of work...In his next start, pitched eight innings, striking out a career-high 10 batters against Stony Brook on Feb. 28 to earn his second win in as many starts...His first loss came against Furman, after pitching eight innings...Schambough struck out eight batters, while allowing six runs on eight hits...Midway through the season, Schambough returned to the bullpen full-time...Earned his third win of the season - in relief - against Western Kentucky on March 26...Pitched 3 2/3 innings, allowing three runs, while scattering seven hits at MTSU en route to his fourth win of the season...Followed up with his fifth win of the season, this time against Northwestern State on April 7.

2003: Appeared in 25 games, going 4-1 with a 3.79 ERA...Notched his first victory of the season on Feb. 22 against Troy State, pitching 4 1/3 innings of near-perfect relief...He gave up only one hit and walked one while striking out four Trojans...His lone loss came against McNeese State on March 18, allowing a run on two hits, pitching two innings...Schambough then won his last three decisions, including back-to-back victories over Tulane and Middle Tennessee...Against Tulane on March 26, Schambough pitched 2/3 of an inning, striking out one batter...In the Cajuns’ very next game, he came on in relief, striking out five Blue Raiders in 2 2/3 innings, giving up only two hits...On May 4 against Nebraska, he teamed up with Austin Faught to shut down the nationally-ranked Cornhuskers...Schambough went 4 1/3 innings, giving up one run on four hits...Held opponents to season-low .236 batting average.

2002: Made his Cajuns debut at home on Feb. 20 against Louisiana-Monroe...His first career victory came in relief on April 21 against New Mexico State in a 7-6 Cajuns victory...Pitched only 1/3 of an inning...Started two games against South Alabama on May 12 and Arkansas State on May 19...He earned his second career win behind seven strikeouts in his longest outing of the season on May 5 against Western Kentucky, pitching 6 1/3 innings, allowing no runs in a 4-3 win...For his efforts, was named Sun Belt Conference Pitcher of the Week for the week of May 6...Struck out six batters in 4 1/3 innings on April 2 against Lamar...Held opponents to a .227 batting average...Led all relievers with 45 strikeouts.
