Louisiana Makes Road Debut in Tallahassee, Starts Busy Week on Tuesday

First of seven games the Ragin’ Cajuns are set to play during the week
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Softball team, coming off a 6-3 season-opening, nine-game homestand, starts a busy seven-game week on the road with a Mardi Gras Day contest against No. 6-ranked Florida State on Tuesday, February 17 at JoAnne Graf Field in Tallahassee, Florida.
First pitch is scheduled for 5:00 p.m. (CST) with television coverage provided by ACC Network Extra and a radio broadcast in the Lafayette area available on The GOAT 103.3 FM and 1420 AM and worldwide on the Varsity Network app with Cody Junot (pxp) and Bobby Neveaux (analyst) providing commentary.
The matchup with FSU marks the first road contest of the season and UL's first visit to Tallahassee since April 2018.

After returning from Tallahassee, the Ragin' Cajuns are scheduled to play six games spread across the LSU Purple and Gold Challenge in Baton Rouge and McNeese's Cajun AC Louisiana Clash in Lake Charles from Friday-Sunday, February 20-22.
Louisiana starts the weekend on Friday (Feb. 20) at Tiger Park in Baton Rouge playing Howard and Michigan State back-to-back beginning at approximately 1:30 p.m.
On Saturday (Feb. 21), UL has a second meeting with Howard then faces host-LSU at 4:00 p.m. before heading to Lake Charles on Sunday (Feb. 22) to meet Missouri and Houston starting at 11:00 a.m. at Joe Miller Field.
