Ragin' Cajuns officially tip off 2025-26 season in MAC-SBC Challenga

MUNCIE, Ind. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team officially tips off the Quannas White era on Monday (November 3) when it faces Ball State as part of the MAC-SBC Challenge at Worthen Arena.
 
Tipoff is scheduled for 6 p.m. CT. The game will be televised on ESPN+ with fans able to listen to the game on KPEL-FM (96.5) and worldwide on the Varsity Network app.
 
White, named the 15th coach in program history in March, makes his head coaching debut after a successful tenure under Kelvin Sampson at the University of Houston. The New Orleans native and St. Augustine High product was part of a UH program that produced a 235-43 record.
 
In 2024-25, the Cougars set a school single-season record with 35 wins and advanced to the NCAA Tournament National Championship Game.
 
Louisiana welcomes 13 newcomers to the 2025-26 team and will open its home schedule on Friday (November 7) against in-state opponent Southeastern Louisiana.
