Louisiana Heads to Auburn for the Battle on the Plains

The Ragin’ Cajuns look to continue a strong fall season
AUBURN, Ala. – The Louisiana men's tennis team hits the road for the Battle on the Plains in Auburn, Alabama, beginning on October 3.
The Cajuns will send two teams to Auburn in a loaded field. Teams will consist of two players, who will compete in a doubles match against another school, followed by a pair of singles contests. The team that wins two of the three contests first will be the match winner and advance in their flight.
Representing the Cajuns will be the pairings of Mason Landreth and William Ribero, along with the duo of Samuel Kyjaci and Leonard Tramolay in the Orange Draw. The Cajuns will compete against Memphis, UAB, South Alabama, Lipscomb, The Citadel, Samford, North Alabama, Alabama State, Georgia Southern, and Georgia Tech in the draw.
The fall season winds down for the Cajuns with the ITA Regionals in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, starting October 9, before they compete in the Country Club of Birmingham Invite beginning October 24.
