Ragin' Cajuns To Host Rice In Fall Exhibition

General admission tickets on sale with proceeds benefitting the UL Diamond Club
LAFAYETTE – Fans of the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Baseball team can get their first look at the 2026 edition on Saturday when it plays host to Rice in a fall scrimmage at M.L. "Tigue" Moore Field at Russo Park.
First pitch is set for 1 p.m., with the teams playing a pair of seven-inning games. General admission tickets are available online at RaginCajuns.com with a portion of the proceeds benefitting the UL Diamond Club.
Louisiana, which will play the first of two fall scrimmages, will start right-hander JR Tollett in the opener before newcomer Cody Brasch starts in the nightcap.

Louisiana will wrap up its fall schedule on October 25, facing Memphis in an exhibition at Keesler Federal Park in Biloxi, Miss. The Ragin' Cajuns open the 2026 regular season February 13-15, hosting Missouri State in a three-game series at Russo Park.
