LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Women's Basketball team has obtained its Sun Belt Conference schedule for the 2024-25 season, with the conference announcing games for all 14 schools on Thursday morning.

SBC play tips off on Sunday, December 29, and runs through Friday, February 28.

The Sun Belt schedule remains at 18 league games with nine home and nine away games. Louisiana has home-and-home matchups with each of the six teams from the western region of the conference and single games with every eastern region team except Old Dominion.

The SBC Championship tournament returns to Pensacola, Florida as the Bay Center hosts the event from March 4-10, 2025.

Louisiana travels to Georgia Southern for the SBC opener on December 29, joining the Eagles for the first conference game at the newly constructed Hill Convocation Center in Statesboro, Georgia.

The Ragin' Cajuns start off the 2025 calendar year with the first two home conference games when James Madison and Georgia State visit the Cajundome on January 2 and January 4, respectively.

The January conference slate is punctuated by a stretch of four games solely against Arkansas State and Troy that wraps up the first half of league play. The first set of matchups occurs on the road from January 15-18 followed by the Red Wolves and Trojans return trips to the Cajundome from January 23-25.

After starting the second half of league play with the App State-Coastal Carolina road trip from January 30 to February 1, UL hosts defending SBC champion Marshall on February 5 to kick off a four-game homestand (three conference games plus MAC-SBC Challenge).

SBC play rounds out with a four-game stretch against Texas State and ULM from February 12 to February 22, the home finale on February 26 vs. South Alabama and the regular season finale on February 28 at Southern Miss.

The Ragin' Cajuns non-conference schedule will be announced on a later date.

Admission to all UL Women's Basketball games throughout the entire season is free and open to the public.
