Darkness Suspends Second Round at Mossy Oak Collegiate

Louisiana in 10th place in 19-team field; final round resumes at 8 p.m.

WEST POINT, Miss. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns Golf team had its second round of play at the Mossy Oak Collegiate on Monday suspended due to darkness.
 
Louisiana posted a team score of 7-over-par 295 in the opening round and was in 10th place in the 19-team field when play was suspended.
 
Peter Hinnant and Charlie Flynn paced Louisiana in the opening round after posting scores of 2-under-70 and 1-under-71 respectively. Eli Ortego recorded a first-round score of 4-over 76 with Matt Weber posted a 78 and Jake Marler a 79.
 
Play will resume at 8 a.m. with the conclusion of the second round before immediately playing the final 18 holes. Live results will be available at GolfStat.com.
