Louisiana to Play Sun Belt Foe ULM on Wednesday

LAFAYETTE – Following a defeat to Houston on Saturday, Feb. 27, Louisiana Women's Tennis will look to rebound and pick up a win against Sun Belt-foe ULM on Wednesday, March 3, at Cajun Courts. First serve is set for 2 p.m.
The Ragin' Cajuns are looking to snap a 10-match losing streak against the Warhawks that dates back to 2009. This is the first time the two schools have squared off in Lafayette since March of 2016.
With a win against the Warhawks, head coach Stephanie Vallejos would tie Meg Scopes for the second-most wins in school history at 53.
Louisiana is also perfect at home this season, posting a 3-0 record against Southern, McNeese State and Southeastern Louisiana.
ULM has had six total matches postponed this spring, but is coming off an impressive victory over Louisiana Tech, beating the Bulldogs 5-2.
