Women’s Tennis Continues Play at Houston

LAFAYETTE - After shutting out McNeese and Southeastern Louisiana in its last two matches, Louisiana Women's Tennis will square up with Houston in its biggest test of the season on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
In the team's most recent outing, Louisiana cruised past Southeastern Louisiana, 4-0, on Tuesday, Feb. 23.
The doubles pair of Floriane Picaut and Clara Mantaux have won two-consecutive matches, including a 6-1 victory against Southeastern Louisiana's No. 1 doubles pair.
Houston enters the match at 5-2 with its most recent victory coming against North Texas on Thursday. The Cougars also have wins over Texas State, UTSA and McNeese on the year.
Houston won the last meeting between the two schools, beating the Ragin' Cajuns, 4-0, on March 12, 2018 in Houston.
