Women's Basketball To Hold Summer Camps

Camp of the Stars begins Monday; Team Camp scheduled June 18-20

LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team will host a pair of summer camps beginning in June at Earl K. Long Gym on the University of Louisiana at Lafayette campus.

The Ragin' Cajuns will hold its Camp of the Stars from June 1-4 from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. daily. The camp, which is designed for young girls in grades K-8, will focus on learning and practicing all fundamental skills related to basketball.

Cost of the camp is $160.

The Ragin' Cajuns will also host its annual Team Camp for middle school, high school and AAU teams from June 18-20. The three-day camp will be divided into divisions according to classification and competition level with teams playing up to eight games.
