Southern Game Moved To April 8

BATON ROUGE, La. – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns baseball contest against Southern at Lee-Hines Field scheduled for today has been moved to Wednesday, April 8 at 6 p.m. due to field conditions and expected rain, head coach Tony Robichaux announced Wednesday morning.
 
The postponement is the second straight for the Cajuns after having to move their mid-week game with New Orleans to April 29 at 6 p.m.
 
Louisiana returns to action this weekend with three games at conference opponent UALR. The two teams get underway in Little Rock, Ark. Friday at 6 p.m. at Gary Hogan Field. All three contests can be heard live on KPEL 96.5 FM with Dan McDonald making the call and Jeff Schneider adding color.
