Free admission for Cajuns second exhibition; resumes SBC action vs. App State
LAFAYETTE – The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team returns to the court for the first time in nine days when it plays host to Spring Hill College on Wednesday in an exhibition game at the Cajundome.
Tipoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Admission to the game is free. The game is the second of two exhibition games for the Ragin' Cajuns, who posted a 104-72 victory over Mississippi College on Nov. 9.
Louisiana (4-6) earned a 79-69 victory over New Orleans on Dec. 21 as Johnathan Stove and Bryce Washington each scored 16 points to lead the Ragin' Cajuns. Louisiana used an 11-1 run over the final 4:04 to help seal the win and extend its consecutive win streak over the Privateers at the Cajundome to 14 games.
The Ragin' Cajuns will resume Sun Belt Conference action on Saturday (Jan. 2) when it plays host to Appalachian State in a 7:15 p.m. contest. The game will be the nightcap of a doubleheader that begins with the UL-App State women's game at 5 p.m.
Mini Plan tickets are currently available where fans can purchase as many conference games as they want (minimum of five games). Tickets for $12 per seat are available in the first and second level of the Cajundome, with $7 tickets available in the second-level curve area and $5 for seats in the third level.
Fans can also purchase the McDonald's Family Fun Pack for $20 (a savings of approximately $32) at every home conference game. Each Fun Pack includes four tickets in the 300-level for each Sun Belt Conference game as well as a coupon to redeem at McDonald's for four free Extra Value Meals.
