Cajuns To Open WCWS Against Wildcats On Thursday At 6 P.M.

The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns softball team will open play at the 2014 Women's College World Series beginning Thursday when it faces Kentucky in a 6 p.m. contest at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium - OGE Energy Field.
The game will be televised nationally on ESPN2.
Louisiana (49-8-1) earned its sixth trip to the WCWS after sweeping eight-time national champion Arizona last weekend at Lamson Park. Kentucky (49-17), making its first trip to the WCWS, defeated UCLA in the Los Angeles Super Regional that concluded on Sunday.
