LAFAYETTE, La. – After a 5-0 start to the season, the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team will look to match the best start in program history at home Saturday when the Cajuns host Southern-New Orleans at 4:15 p.m. at the Cajundome. Fans will be treated to a Saturday doubleheader as the Cajuns men's basketball team will take on Centenary at 2 p.m.
Fans attending all home men's and women's basketball games during the month of December can take advantage of a Buy-One, Get-One Free ticket promotion. All tickets part of the promotion are located in the 300-level of the Cajundome. Tickets can be purchased by calling the Cajundome Box Office at (337) 265-2100, or can be purchased in-person at the Cajundome Box Office. Tickets are available in advance or on each game day.
Last Time Out
- Louisiana forced Sam Houston State to 30 turnovers, recording 19 steals, that turned into 30 points for the Cajuns in a 65-46 victory over the Bearkats on Saturday
- Junior guard Kia Wilridge led the Cajuns with 16 points and a career-high eight steals while sophomore guard Gabby Alexander added 14 points and five boards

Veal, Wilridge Named All-SBC Preseason
