Women’s Basketball Teams Up With DSAA To Hold Basketball Clinic

LAFAYETTE, La. –
The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns women's basketball team partnered with the Down Syndrome Association of Acadiana (DSAA) on Saturday, Nov. 8 to hold a basketball clinic for kids with Down syndrome on the campus of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
 
Ragin' Cajuns players and coaches taught basketball skills to more than 30 attendees and also signed autographs after the clinic. Several clinic participants also attended Louisiana's exhibition game against Spring Hill College on Monday as the Cajuns defeated the Badgers 67-47.
 
DSAA is a non-profit organization that aims to provide information, advocacy and support concerning all aspects of life for individuals with Down syndrome, their families, and the community.
